Shipping + Policies

SHIPPING + TRACKING:

Orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. CST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.

Standard Shipping delivery typically occurs between 3–7 days after your order is processed and will arrive via USPS. 

UPS and/or Fedex Expedited Delivery is typically two business days after your order is processed. 

UPS and/or Fedex Next Day Air is typically the next business day after your order is processed.

When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order directly from a third party shipping carrier (usually USPS, UPS, or Fedex). Please note that some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped. 

Returns + exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Good Skin Day purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund. Simply email hello@goodskinday.co for instructions and return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. 

Any products purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to that retail partner. Only products ordered from goodskinday.co may be returned to goodskinday.co.

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at hello@goodskinday.co. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
